Abstract:
<正>通过试验研究了镍基高温合金GH4169材料在高温循环加载下蠕变氧化疲劳综合作用下材料的力学行为。试验在MTS 809拉—扭电液伺服疲劳试验机上进行,试验的温度为650℃,试样为光滑薄壁管件,标距部分为50mm。采用轴向应变与剪切应变同时控制方式,三角波加载。试验过程中所选的加载频率为0.1Hz和0.2Hz,试验选择的von Mises等效应变为0.8%,0.6%和0.4%。应变加载路径采用比例加载,45°非比例加载和90°非比例加载。
