Abstract:

以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)为原料,正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为无机前驱体添加物,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVPK30)和无水氯化铝(LiC1)为添加剂,采用二甲基甲乙酰胺(DMAC)和丙酮(AC)为混合溶剂制备增强型PVDF小孔杂化膜.实验考察了混合溶剂中丙酮的添加量对聚偏氟乙烯-硅杂化膜的超滤性能和力学性能的影响,同时还利用原子力显微镜(AFM)对膜表面结构进行了分析.结果表明:随着混合溶剂中丙酮(AC)含量的增加,杂化膜的纯水通量逐渐减小,而对牛血清蛋白的截留率则呈现持续上升的趋势;杂化膜的力学性能明显提高,当混合溶剂中丙酮(AC)含量为12%时,杂化膜的拉伸强度σt达到最大值.原子力显微镜(AFM)测...
