Abstract:
采用区熔法和机械球磨(MM)与放电等离子烧结(SPS)技术相结合制备 P 型 Bi_2Te_3基热电材料, 在300~423K 的温度范围内测试了样品的电导率, Seebeck 系数和热导率。系统研究了球磨时间对合金化与热电性能的影响,球磨10h 的样品在室温时具有最低的热导率,因此其热电优值高于其它样品,在室温时达到最大值0.995.
