Abstract：
＜正＞The E.coli vitamin B12 transporter BtuCD is one of the ABC(ATP-Binding Cassette) transporters and is only one of the three crystal structures of full-length ABC transporters that have been reported.But the exact mechanism of transferring the ligand remains unknown.
