Abstract：
针对传统的电子政务审批系统的不足,提出了一种利用面向服务的电子政务审批系统的通用模型,阐述了为什么要在电子政务审批系统中采用这种架构,定义了审批系统的通用模型,描述了利用这种模型框架搭建的审批系统的优势。具有广阔的应用前景。
