Abstract：
＜正＞没有监督的权力必然导致腐败,没有监督的教学只能凭教师的觉悟和良知在自然状态下进行教学,必然导致教学无序、教学质量难以提高。因而,在教学过程中实行有效的教学监控是保证和不断提高教学质量的重要措施与手段。
