Abstract:
研究了聚砜超滤底膜种类、硅橡胶的种类、硅橡胶的浓度、硅橡胶的涂敷次数、硅橡胶的涂敷速度及操作压力对最终制备的聚砜-硅橡胶复合富氧膜富氧性能和透气量的影响,在此基础上筛选出了较佳的硅橡胶类型、超滤底膜种类并确定了最佳的工艺条件并在此条件下制得了能够满足工业应用需要的富氧浓度为29.9%,富氧气流量为17.28 L/(m~2·min)的聚砜-硅橡胶复合膜.最后还用扫描电镜对筛选出的聚砜超滤底膜的结构进行了分析.
