Abstract:
本文采用响应面模型磁场下提拉晶体生长参数进行优化设计,建立起晶体生长参数与目标函数间的近似显示函数关系,在此基础上运用二次规划优化求解,结果表明一般经过6ˉ7次迭代后可获得优化解,与优化前对比,优化后得到的磁场强度及、晶体、坩埚旋转能更好的降低生长界面处氧的浓度。
