Abstract:
用液-固掺杂及两段还原法制备了氧化钪及铼掺杂的钨粉。采用电镜、能谱、X射线衍射分析、粒度分析等方法研究了掺杂钨粉的粒度及稀土元素的分布。实验结果表明,氧化钪均匀分布在钨颗粒表面。氧化钪和铼的添加减小了钨粉粒度,且随着稀土和铼含量的增加,掺杂钨粉粒径越小,掺杂3%Sc2O3及3%Re的钨粉平均粒径约为50 nm。还对钨粉的细化机制进行了探讨。
