Abstract:
采用高分辨透射电子显微镜研究Mg-3.24Y-3Nd合金200℃时效6 h的纳米析出相。结果表明,在此时效条件下,析出相呈片状形貌沿着镁基体的 {11-20}Mg面析出。通过对60个这种析出相分析得出,沿镁基体[0001]Mg方向观察,其平均长度为14.5 nm,厚度为1.7 nm。高分辨像研究表明,此时效条件下还存在一种过渡结构,其属于正交晶系,晶胞常数:a=aMg,b=3~(1/2)aMg,c=cMg。
