Abstract:
研究了填充合金粉对铝合金高功率CO2激光焊接功率、焊缝成形和焊接过程稳定性的影响。试验表明:粉束只有作用在光斑的恰当区域才能有效地进入熔池;粉末可以提高焊接过程中激光能量的有效利用率,对A2219 铝合金,其激光深熔焊接功率密度阈值降低约50%;另外,高速摄像表明,合金粉末可以加强对光致等离子体的控制,有利于获得稳定的焊接过程和理想的焊缝成形;通过试验获得了高质量的焊缝。
