Abstract:
采用放电等离子烧结技术(Spark Plasma Sintering,简称SPS)制备了全致密Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe纳米晶双相复合水磁体,采用XRD,HRTEM, B-H回线仪等手段研究了工艺参数及合金化对磁体的显微组织、晶体结构与磁性能的影响。结果表明,增加烧结压力可以有效抑制晶粒长大,同时实现材料的致密化。合金元素Tb和Cu的添加有利于磁体矫顽力的提高。在630℃左右,500 MPa压力下不同成分磁体均已基本实现致密化,名义成分为Nd8FebaiB6的磁体性能最佳,为Br=0.96 T,Hci=371.2 kA·m-1,(BH)m=90.5 kJ·m-3。
