Abstract:

<正>由于Ag不与超导氧化物发生反应,在Ag基带上可以直接沉积YBa2Cu3O7 δ超导薄膜而小需过渡层。研究表明{011}取向的Ag基带有利于外延生长具有c取向及面内取向的 YBa2Cu3O7-δ超导薄膜,进而使超导膜具有高的临界电流值。目前国内外已能够制备{011} 取向的Ag基带,但其织构强度和集中度还不够高,致使在其上沉积的超导薄膜质量不够好。因此探索Ag中{011}取向的形成机理,对进一步提高{011}织构的强度和集中度非常重要。
