Abstract：
采用SPS烧结技术在一定的条件下制备长石瓷块体。用直接压痕法测量烧结样品的断裂韧性,运用金相图像分析系统进行晶相含量的测定,重点研究粉体粒度和晶相含量对长石瓷断裂韧性的影响。本试验证明:粉体粒度为5～6μm,晶相含量达到10%～15%以上,SPS制备的长石瓷的断裂韧性可达到1.60MPa·m~(1/2)左右。
