<正>1995年,AT&T Bell实验室的Cava等通过在Ta2O5陶瓷中掺入8 mol%的TiO2,将该陶瓷的相对介电常数从36提高到126(1MHz,室温),使得Ta2O5基材料在电容器和DRAM存储介质等方面展示出广阔的应用前景。激光辐照能够实现非平衡的热处理过程,易使陶瓷形成传统烧结工艺所难以实现的非平衡亚稳相,从而具备新的物理功能。本文采用大功率CO2激光对Ta2O5基陶瓷进行了烧结改性的系统研究,重点以
