Abstract：
本文首先总结了世界范围内城市地震危害性的主要特点,在此基础上指出我国城市抗震减灾存在的主要问题,并有针对性地提出减轻城市地震灾害的对策和措施;可为城市规划和城市抗震防灾的制定提供一些有目的的参考思路和途径。
