Abstract：
本文对实现高速率高精度的方案进行了讨论,并对基于子区式的高速率高精度数据采集方案进行了详细的分析,重点分析了各个部分的作用以及在芯片选择时应该注意的问题。该系统可达到采样速率17.12MHz,转换位数18bit。
