Abstract:
在高速摄像的基础上,研究了AC PMIG焊接铝合金的电弧形态及熔滴过渡特征。电弧EN极性时,电弧上爬1~1.5倍焊丝直径的高度,焊丝端被电弧阴极斑点包围而且呈现亮区。随着EN极性时间增加,焊丝端液体金属聚集、直径增加,显示出EN极性电弧对焊丝的熔化作用。AC PMIG焊EN极性时电弧上爬,弧柱区亮度减弱,EP极性基值电流时弧柱区亮度增强,这种交流电弧有利于降低电弧等离子流力及电弧对焊接熔池的作用力。电弧EP极性脉冲电流时,电弧呈现典型的钟罩形烁亮区,脉冲电流促使熔滴柔顺过渡,能够实现一脉一滴的熔滴过渡形式。
