Abstract:
采用有限元分析方法,考察了汽车正撞条件下采用胶焊和电阻点焊工艺的EQ1141型卡车车门中应力分布和变形的特性。结果表明:车门里板的内表面上应力高,最高应力位于铰链附近底板与侧板的交界处;弯曲边中部的应力也比较高,最大位移均发生在靠近车窗框的铰链附近。胶焊车门的强度和刚度都优于电阻点焊车门。
