Abstract：
本文利用LSF参数的帧间相关性和帧内相关性,设计了一种LSF参数的预测分裂式矢量量化器,对LSF参数的预测残差按4、6的分裂方式进行量化,所需比特数为20bits。在降低了搜索计算复杂度和码本存储量的同时,获得了透明的量化效果。
