Abstract:
Based on the demand for rescue and demolition technology, the design of a new integrated drilling-and-coring accessory is proposed. SolidWorks is used for the 3D design and modeling of the accessory, and the principles of both the cutting and coring states of the accessory are analyzed. In addition, the mechanical properties of the grasping mechanism and turntable are analyzed during both cutting and coring, and the strengths of each are verified in terms of design. Finally, the forces experienced by the disc saw during working conditions are analyzed. The forces experienced by the turntable are considered under inertial force conditions, coupled with the sawing forces. These simulated analyses are carried out using ADAMS (TM), which lays the foundation for the subsequent optimization analysis.
