Abstract:

In this paper, we design a micro gripper which is widely used in the microscopic world, using a flexible object with tens of micrometers in diameter as object studied. Different system structure models is established, and the optimal structure is explored in different materials and different structures. The mesh is added, the constraints are added, and the equivalent stress and equivalent deformation data are collected by applying different load. The data is reconstructed by Matlab. The results show that the Clamp 1 using stainless steel can meet the last requirement considering different materials, comprehensive equivalent stress, deformation, yield limit, elastic modulus and other factors.
