Abstract：
主要采用叙事研究的方法,真实地记录了一位在教育战线坚守了30余年的全国模范教师讲述的几则教育故事,面对育人过程中的特殊情况,她总能用自己的机智巧妙化解.研究发现,教育机智作为教师成长发展中的一项实践能力,是在以生为本的理念下,凭借敏锐的观察能力,经过不断反思与实践,并从集体的沃土中汲取智慧与力量逐渐形成的.
