Abstract：
一、引言和文献回顾 自金融危机爆发之后,世界经济需要重新找回平衡。同时,为了避免落人中等收人陷阱,中国必须要在海外空间进行开发拓展,寻求新的投资空间和市场,促进中国经济的增长。为了建立一个长期稳定的周边环境,以及改善世界经济,中国提出建立“一带一路”这一旨在使众多国家共同获益的方案。
