Abstract:

The acceptor-rich ultra-thin-walled ZnO microtubes were fabricated via a novel technique. It exhibited unusual properties in electronics and optics, e.g. rich shallow Zn-vacancy-related acceptors, temperature-dependent photoluminescence and wave-guided whispering-gallerymodes lasing.
