Abstract:

In cement kiln, the alkaline substance in the smoke causes catalyst poisoning. The Mn-Ce/TiO2 catalytic material for low-temperature SCR of NOx with NH3 was prepared by sol-gel, impregnation, hydro-thermal method and co-precipitation method. Based on the results, the effect of the co-precipitation method is the best in the low-temperature with better NOx reduction rate and capable of alkali resistant poisoning.
