For　the　convenience　that　users　can　query　information　of　traditional　Chinese　medicine　in　the　network　of　Marine　information,　the　vertical　search　engine　system　based　on　Nutch　is　designed.　Joined　Chinese　word　segmentation　to　analyze　the　web　page,　added　a　PageRank　algorithm　to　judge　the　authority　value　of　the　links,　achieved　a　topic　relevance　algorithm　based　on　VSM　to　filter　the　web　pages.　The　results　show　that　the　system　is　feasible.
