Abstract:

In this paper, the traditional parameter analysis method is used to analyze several typical acoustic emission signal of rolling bearing failure. The trends of several commonly used AE parameters of different types of rolling bearing failure are summarized and the sensitivity of different parameters to various faults is also analyzed. In the end, the diagnostic effect of the AE parameters for the rolling bearing fault is given through comparing the results of statistical parameters.
