The fundamental rationales and steps of grey relational analysis method were described,and the research was about the factors of Beijing Manufacturing Technology Transformation. By analyzing the current situation of Beijing Manufacturing Technology Transformation,some recommendations and polices concerning improving technology transformation of Beijing Manufacturing were given:Develop the concepts and strategies of Beijing Modern Manufacturing Technology Transformation;Establish effective market intermediary service systems the platform of Beijing Modern Manufacturing Technology Transformation;Promot the implementation of Beijing Modern Manufacturing Technology Transformation by the management of researchers and investment.
