Abstract:

A method for identifying joint properties from the measured frequency response function data is presented in this paper. Research joint which made of metallurgical powder Porous material, and constitute uncoupling model with one degree of freedom of experimental system, identify the stiffness and damp of the joint in the two cases: one is no medium, the other is using oil as medium. The experiment datum shows, the mechanics characteristic of the joint which using oil as medium provides certain exaltation. And so, the application of manufacturing the joint of tool machine with metallurgical powder material will be extensively.
