为了满足生产上的急需，研制成功的ＢＪ２０２１半轴形位误差自动测量系统，包括高准确度ＸＷ－２５０测量仪、步进电机驱动装置、数据自动采集接口及数据处理软件．本文论述了系统各组成部份的技术性能及特点，并分析估算了系统的测量准确度．
