Abstract:
论述了stokes与antistokes过程喇曼散射截面的温度依赖关系.将这种关系应用于LiNbO_3晶体样品温度的原位测量,发现这种测量温度的方法有较高的精度,对于一些难于直接测温的样品很有效.通过对BaTiO_3喇曼散射514cm~(-1)峰stokes及antistokes相对散射强度的比较,结果BaTiO_3的铁电相变更接近于有序-无序型机制.
