本文应用Ｘ射线应力仪对ＣＦ－６２钢制乙烯球罐焊接残余应力进行了现场测量，解决了大型球罐的残余应力现场测试过程中的技术问题，结果表明焊后残余应力水平较高而热处理效果良好
