研究类金刚石薄膜的直流电导率随温度的变化.结果表明在110到650K范围内,导电机制分别在低温、室温和高温三个区域内具有明显的规律.在低温区电导率服从logσ-T~(-1/4)的线性关系;在室温区(中温区)和高温区电导率服从logσ-T~(-1)的线性关系,但具有不同的热激活能和指数前系数.文中应用两相模型,对这些实验结果作了说明.
