Abstract：
本文考察了二氧化锡气敏基材随300℃下老化时间的增长,比表面减小,对乙醇的灵敏度下降的情况,此为二氧化锡气敏元件长期稳定性欠佳的原因之一。用稀土元素对二氧化锡进行化学修饰后,其比表面和灵敏度随老化时间的增长变化甚微,有助于提高二氧化锡气敏材料的稳定性。同时考察了老化时间对二氧化锡微晶结构的影响。
