Abstract：
通过采集水样及土壤样品，培养分离出对直链型十二烷基苯磺酸盐（ＬＡＳ）具有专一的、高效降解活性的两种纯菌种。鉴定为：产碱杆菌（Ａｌｃａｌｉｇｅｎｃｅｓｓｐ．）和芽孢杆菌（Ｂａｃｉｌｌｕｓｓｐ．）。并进一步做了两种菌降解ＬＡＳ活性的试验，确定了它们在废水处理工程中应用的可能性。
