导出了二阶微商奇异系统的正则方程(未引入拉格朗日乘子),给出了第一类约束作为规范生成元的一般形式,清楚地得到了与第一类约束相联系的乘子之间的关系,并进一步讨论在广义QCD中的应用及与其它文献的比较。
