Abstract:

In this study, a common building heated by panel system in Beijing was researched. Combined the PMV-PPD evaluation method with thermal balance founded under the steady conditions, the relationship between panel surface temperature and PMV was developed. The range of panel surface temperature under comfortable conditions was given. The influence of panel surface temperature, mean radiant temperature, and indoor air temperature on thermal comfort was analyzed by calculation, and the corresponding supply and return water temperature and water flow velocity were presented by experimental data.
