Supply　chain　management　has　become　a　new　management　mode　under　the　economic　globalization,　and　the　trust　between　enterprises　can　make　the　cooperation　more　efficient.　After　the　analyses　of　the　factors　influencing　the　trust　between　companies,　a　trust　model　based　on　FCM　is　built.　Then　simulation　experiment　is　performed.　The　result　indicates　that　the　trust　network　mechanism　based　on　FCM　is　effective　for　studying　supply　chain　enterprises　and　it　can　be　used　as　a　reference　for　selecting　partners.
