Abstract:
用光滑和缺口拉伸试件,对C-Mn钢的焊态和焊接热影响区的热模拟态进行氢脆敏感性指数的研究,并进行了金相与断口的SEM,TEM,AES的微区分析。实验证实,焊缝氢脆敏感性指数(Ⅰ%)最低,母材次之,峰值温度(Tmax℃)在1100-1300℃区间的热影响区金属其Ⅰ%最高,为焊接接头的氢脆敏感薄弱区。
