Abstract：
本文以适用于部委一级的《公文管理自动化系统》的全部实现过程为背景,探讨运用软件工程的思想在开发管理信息系统过程中应注意的问题,本研究针对公文管理这一处理对象,介绍系统开发过程中应采用的最佳软件工程方法和软件工具。
