Abstract:

本文对TS-1000型TEA CO_2激光器工作气体成份的变化进行了检测,CO、NO_x的浓度随脉冲次数增加而增大,约2000个脉冲后,CO、NO_x浓度趋于平衡,此时CO_2的分解率为12%左右;NO_x的浓度为300ppm左右。用催化再生方法消除NO_x和CO,取得良好的结果。
