<正> 人们往往喜欢用碳——氮共渗代替渗碳,因为含氮的渗层显示出更好的淬透性,从而,可使低碳钢制造的小型零件采用油淬。本文报导的结果证明:如果对高速、高温离子渗碳技术加以改进,就可以成功地用于碳—氮共渗。但是,工艺条件必须调整到保证在碳—氮共渗周期的最后阶段既无碳也无氮的损失。这就需要在碳—氮共渗和扩散阶段维持C/N离子的比率,直到工件冷却到低于
