Abstract：
本文以波形松弛(WR)法为基本方法,实现了一个新的大规模MOS数字集成电路时域瞬态模拟程序WRMT。同时,给出了新的部分波形收敛算法和潜等算法,加速了波形的收敛速度。初步的计算已表明,WRMT的模拟速度至少可以比标准电路分析程序SPICE_2快5倍以上。
