Abstract：
为了使铌酸锂换能器激发单一模式的机械波,晶片的切割方向必须限制在某些确定的数值上。本文将通过求解压电增劲Christoffel方程,从理论上确定这些方向并计算相应方向上的波速和机电耦合系数。
