Abstract:

With the development of our country's urbanization, the accumulation of urban construction on unit land is higher than any former time. The magnification of city disaster is more serious. On the basis of analyzing various factors, the multi-objective optimization model of urban earthquake evacuation is established by making the minimum evacuation time, the maximum people and the minimum crowded degree as the objective function and using the evacuation distances, capacity of evacuation sites and crowded degree as the restrictive conditions. For the effective and rapid solution of the model, the fuzzy set theory is introduced to modify the model, and then the Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem. Finally, a example is analyzed. It is shown that the model is more rational and the results are more credible. The paper provides a new approach to reasonably allocate urban disaster prevention space.
