The　eco-system　of　regional　technology　innovation　is　a　non-lineal,　complex　and　open　system　far　front　the　state　of　balance,　and　the　performance　of　the　ecosystem　of　regional　technology　innovation　is　it　connotation-rich　concept.　Based　oil　the　discussion　of　the　characteristics　and　performance　of　the　ecosystem,　of　regional　technology　innovation　eco-system,　with　the　use　of:　the　Soft　System　Methodology,　this　paper　is　designed　to　build　the　performance　evaluation　system　for　regional　technology　innovation　ecosystem　and　makes　relevant　evaluations　through　the　DEA　approach.
