Abstract:

With the progress of science and technology and the rapid development of artificial intelligence, major import and export enterprises often introduce it system to process orders, but employees will have various problems in the use of the system, which will affect work efficiency. It service management system needs to be set up in the enterprise to deal with the daily IT problems of employees, reduce the learning cost of employees and improve the management level of the enterprise. The Business Strategic Planning is an important link related to the survival and development of an enterprise. It is necessary to build an internal management system according to the strategic planning and internal needs of an enterprise to improve the operation level of an enterprise. Based on Kano model, this paper makes an investigation and Analysis on the needs of the internal employees about the management system. On this basis, from three dimensions of feedback channel management, robot management and integrated management, the process and function of the enterprise internal IT service management system are designed to improve the internal process of the enterprise, enhance the internal management of the enterprise and increase the competitive advantage.
