The　profit　distribution　is　always　a　key　problem　in　the　formation　and　operation　Of　strategic　alliances,　which　plays　an　important　rule　in　keeping　the　sustaining　development　of　cooperative　relations　between　the　members.　Shapley　value　in　game　theory　is　applied　to　the　profit　distribution　of　the　strategic　alliance.　Some　advantages　and　disadvantages　of　Shapley　value　are　analyzed,　and　a　modified　method　considering　many　factors　is　presented　due　to　its　disadvantages.　Through　the　example,　it　is　testified　that　the　modified　method　is　better　and　more　reasonable　to　the　stability　of　the　cooperation　of　strategic　alliances.
