Abstract：
本文基于悬臂梁结构,设计了一种悬臂梁驻极体静电能量采集装置,采用Comsol Multiphysics软件进行有限元分析,Matlab进行数值计算,得到结构的输出电压、电功率等参数,并进行俘能器优化。
